Performance Fitness, LLC is a specialized Fitness Education service created to address each individual's fitness goals and needs. Our mission is to educate everyday people of all ages to make optimal fitness and a healthy lifestyle a permanent part of their lives.
We will educate you by providing private or semi-private personal training and instruction -- including physical training and nutritional guidance.
If you're new to fitness, we'll provide the tools and support to get you started right and motivated to continual progress. If you're a fitness veteran, we'll show you how to optimize your program and current training to help you excel at your chosen sport or activity.
At all stages, we will draw on our extensive training and years of experience to give you personalized attention and guidance, tailored specifically to your own fitness level and objectives.
Most importantly we bring Performance Fitness to you!
Work out at YOUR location.Don't worry about equipment -- we'll supply what is needed and make effective use of whatever is available at your location.
