Michelle Collier is certified as a personal trainer and as a group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She holds a Pilates certification from Pilates Institute of America (PIA). Michelle works with a wide variety of clients from fitness novices to veteran exercisers, from teens to seniors. Her previous experience as a music therapist gives her keen insight into the crucial relation between body and mind.

Michelle has been committed to fitness for over ten years.
