We understand whatever fitness challenges you may be facing because we've been there. Michelle began exercising over ten years ago as part of her own weight loss program. And through her commitment to group exercise and personal training, not only did she find that she was healthier; she was happier too!
After three babies my abs were not in the best shape, and I could never find a strength training or flexibility program that I liked. I started doing Pilates with Michelle two years ago, and she got my core working in ways that it hadn't in a long time. The results of my work with Michelle are that my clothes fit better (especially around my middle), I feel stronger and I have the confidence to try even more challenging exercises.
Her own experience in improving her overall quality of life inspired Michelle to begin sharing her love of fitness with others, eventually adding Mat Pilates and Women's Boot Camp to her training regimen. Her attention to form and detail will guarantee that your workout is safe, challenging and effective. But most importantly, you'll have more energy, more confidence and a more positive spirit that translates throughout everything you do.
Michelle Collier is certified as a personal trainer and as a group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is also a certified CrossFit instructor and certified in classical Mat Pilates through Body Precision (Pilates Method Alliance). The confidence she gains through her dedication to fitness has served Michelle well as an amateur kick boxer who has trained extensively in Bando, a Burmese martial art.
