12 Days Challenge – Day 5

12DaysTileFinal

OK kids, you had a nice recovery day yesterday. Now it’s time to get back to work. It’s only 10 minutes of work plus a warm-up. I know you can do it.

Warm-up with 5-10 minutes of light cardio (e.g. – jogging, walking, stair climbing, cycling at low resistance and speed).

Workout:

Sprints

Do 10 rounds of 30 seconds of sprinting followed by 30 seconds of rest. Use your cardio activity of choice for your sprints.

Cooldown by walking for 2-3 minutes.

How do I win my brownie points once I’ve completed the task? And since I’m joining late, do I get credit for previous workouts? Not that I’m competitive or anything…..

      LOL! Too funny, Beth!

You can send an email to me and/or you may post to the blog. You’ll start receiving the daily emails tomorrow, and you may reply with “done” or put the workout/activity you did in the body of the email. Let me know what your workouts/activities were from Monday through Wednesday so you can get credit. You’ll also get credit for last night’s kettlebell class.

Hi, i just signed up for the challenge because even though I’ve been doing bootcamp regularly, i have missed a few classes due to my obcene work schedule right before the winter break. Also, once the winter break starts on December 21st, I will be away and not able to attend fitness classes, so I wanted something to motivate me to work out on my own. I am saving the workouts you posted for those days when I am away.

So far, since December 9th I have completed the following workouts:

Did boot camp on Monday, December 9th 6 AM
Did Ballet class on Wednesday, Dec 11th from 5:30-6:45 PM.
Did boot camp on Friday, December 13, 6 AM.
Did Boot camp on Saturday, December 14 at 8:30 AM.
