Client Spotlight – Meet ChaNel HoneyBunch Murphy, IV

ChaNel_handstand_2015-04-27

ChaNel H. Murphy, IV joined Performance Fitness in 2015 for our 12-week Get Sexy Project. She stuck around, becoming a founding member when we moved into our new studio. She’s now fit like she was when she played college basketball, and she’s lost inches and gained strength. Kettlebells are the first thing that ChaNel thinks of when it comes to Performance Fitness, and she isn’t such a fan of Taylor Swift when it comes to the boot camp playlist. She loves that we don’t judge and that our studio feels like home.

Keep reading for fun facts about ChaNel, including favorite hobbies and how she got her name.

What an amazing person! I I have to say it’s really interesting reading about yourself, it still geeks me out every time. The first time I read an article about myself was the Metro newspaper titled “city kid learns how to sail with Phildelphia Sail Club” wow I was astatic and I am again. Thank you Michelle And the rest of the coaching staff for a wonderful gym I can call home.

Why didn’t you tell me about the write-up babysis? I’m googling your company and what do I find?? You are so humble and modest… For the readers, ChaNel is my youngest sister (she hates that I always mention that) LOL I am so proud of her many accomplishments! She is a dedicated, committed, loving, caring, and adventurous woman! All the qualities of a leader. She’s a great person to have on your team! She’s been encouraging me to join the club, but I don’t think I can hang with the workouts (I’m old and obese) nor do I live in the area. Anyhoo, I agree with Michelle, babysis YOU ROCK! xoxo
