  • 10/10 Single Leg Foot Elevated Glute Bridges
  • 4 Push-ups
  • 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB
  • 8 Push-ups
  • 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB

Have a Kettlebell? Start and end the circuit with 15 Kettlebell Swings.
