The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
All you need is a floor, a body (your own), and 10 minutes for this workout. You’ll do a round of four exercises for 40 seconds each, then for 30 seconds, and finally for 20 seconds each.
Here are the exercises:
- Hardstyle Plank (to make it hardstyle make sure to tense from head to toe)
- Leg Flutter
- Side Plank with Hip Dip (per side)
- V-Hold (do these for 20 seconds per round)
Do the sequence 1-2 times.
