The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
The temperatures may be going down, but we’re heating things up with this cardio and core circuit.
You can do this workout anywhere and you won’t need a lot of space.
Do all five exercises for 30 seconds, then 40 seconds, and end with a round of 30 seconds.
Here are the exercises:
1. Ski Jump
2. Shoulder Taps
3. Broad Jumps
4. Everest Climbers
5. Single Leg Lateral Hops
6. Optional Dance Break
