The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
We want you to be strong all over, so this week’s workout is a full body strength circuit.
You’ll do all the exercises except the Frog Pumps as a descending ladder of 10 reps per exercises, then 8 reps per exercise, then 6, and finally 4 reps. The Frog Pumps will stay consistent at 20 reps per round.
Here are your exercises:
- Suitcase Reverse Lunges (10, 8, 6, 4 reps per side)
- Frog Pumps (20 reps)
- Reverse Flye (10, 8, 6, 4)
- Leg Elevated Floor Press (10, 8, 6, 4)
