The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
You’ll only need six minutes to get through this challenging core circuit and work all of your abdominal muscles.
Do each exercise for 45 seconds (do 20 seconds on each side for the Side Planks) WITHOUT any breaks. Once you’ve done all four exercises rest for about 30 to 60 seconds and then repeat the circuit.
Here’s what you’re going to do:
- Slow Deadbugs. No…slooooower
- Half Rollbacks
- Double Leg Lower
- Side Plank (20 secs. per side)
Go through the circuit one more time if you need even more of a challenge.
