The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
It’s about to get heavy with this week’s strength circuit.
Your goal today is to use “heavy for you” weights that take you to fatigue by the fifth rep. That means on a scale of 1 to 10 you should be at about an 8. Go up in weight between exercises if the weights aren’t challenging enough.
Here’s the circuit:
- 5/5 Suitcase Split Lunges
- 5 Double Kettlebell Deadlifts
- 5 Bent Over Rows
- 5 Floor Presses
Do five rounds of the circuit, and then go flex for your friends.
