Back and Butt Resistance Band Workout
The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
Because barbells, kettlebells, and other forms of iron aren’t the only tools that will help you get stronger, this week’s workout incorporates resistance bands.
Here’s what you’ll do for this back and butt workout:
- One Arm Rows – 20 per side
- Banded 4 – do 15 seconds each of the following exercises: Monster Walks, Lateral Band Walks (R), Lateral Band Walks (L), Reverse Monster Walks
- Band Pullaparts
- Banded Glute Bridges
Go through the sequence three to four times.
