The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs
Use this do anywhere bodyweight workout as a supplement to your weighted strength training or as a stand alone strength workout.
You’ll do the following for 3 rounds:
- 8 Tricep Push-ups*
- 10 Steep Body Rows**
- 15/15 Single Leg Glute Bridges w/ a Hold
- 45 second Wall Sit***
*Hug your elbows close to your side to emphasis the triceps.
