The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.

Nah, I’m not talking about six packs or being bikini or beach ready.
I AM talking about the kind of strong core you need for an active summer.
Whether that means summer activities like hiking or stand up paddle boarding, wrangling your kids over summer vacation, or diving into a physically demanding home project – a strong core will help you stay injury-free all summer long.
You’ll do a circuit of four exercises for three rounds during this circuit:
- V-Sit Ups
- Single Arm Planks
- Toe Touches
You’ll to each exercise for 30 seconds in round 1 (:15/15 for the planks), 45 seconds for round 2 (:20/:20 for the plank), and back to 30 seconds each for round 3.
