The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
This week’s workout is perfect to use as a stand-alone workout or as an add on to your cardio or strength routine.
AND it will take you only 10 minutes.
Side note: in the video I say it’s a 14 minute workout, because obviously I can’t do math.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- :30 Slow Mt. Climber
- :30 (per side) Oblique Crossovers
- :30 Plank
- :30 Supermen
