What should you do when you skip the gym?

You should do this workout of course!

This week’s WOW is a Bodyweight Strength Workout. No equipment required.

So, on those days when you skip the gym because of a crazy day at work or because you have to get ready for vacation or recover from vacation or — well, you get the idea — this is a simple, quick, effective workout you can do to keep yourself on track.

You’ll 3 rounds of the following:

  • 8/8 Offset Push-ups
  • 8 Slo Mo Squats (go down for 3, pause for 3, come up on 1)
  • 8 Walkouts
  • 10/10 Single Leg Elevated Glute Bridges
