Nothing will transform your body faster than our Performance Fitness Group Training. Replace hours of gym treadmilling with high-energy workouts designed to deliver measurable results in a short amount of time.

Classes incorporate strength training and conditioning (aka - cardio) ensuring that all your fitness needs are met. We incorporate bodyweight exercises, agility and power drills, sprints, balance work, and core-strengthening routines. TRX, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, and more are featured regularly, to enhance your workout and add distinctive challenges. Always stimulating, never dull, each class meets you at your fitness level and invites you to bring yourself to the next level or modify safely and accordingly.

In as few as four weeks, you'll lose fat and inches, increase your metabolism, and strengthen muscles. You'll meet fitness enthusiasts, and even people who aren't always so enthusiastic about working out but who LOVE our workouts, who will provide motivation, friendship and encouragement.
