House Rules

_MG_0396EARLY IS ON TIME, ON TIME IS LATE
Give yourself enough time to get to class, get settled, and get prepared to work. Don’t miss the warm-up. It’s just as important as the workout.

CELL PHONES
We all have them. They’re important, but disengage from yours during class. If you must take a call please leave the workout space to do so.

EARN YOUR REST BREAK
You’re here to work and get results. Don't leave any workout wanting more. In other words, don't leave wishing that you had done more or worked harder. At the same time listen to your body. Some days your body just needs you to do a little less, and that's OK.

RESPECT THE SPACE
Be mindful of your environment.  Pick up your toys (equipment, water bottles, etc), and leave the space as you found it.

SAFETY FIRST
Safety for yourself, safety for others, safety for your equipment. Use good form when picking up and putting down equipment. Make sure you have enough room to do each exercise safely and without putting your fellow members in danger.

CHECK YO’SELF BEFORE YOU WRECK YO’SELF
Leave your ego at the door. Follow the direction of your coaches. They’re the experts. Remember that you're not the same person you were yesterday or before you had a baby or a decade ago. Honor where you are now.

LISTEN
...to your coaches, to your fellow participants, and to your body.

SPEAK UP
Your opinion counts. Have an idea? A complaint? A compliment? Let us know.

BE PRESENT
Your workout is precious time that’s dedicated to you. Try to leave the outside world…outside. Focus on the workout and keep distractions to a minimum. This will allow your fellow training partners to focus too.

CELEBRATE
...
your accomplishments and those of your training partners – no matter how seemingly small.
