4 years ago my back doctor told me my sports days were over. Needing back strength and core stability, I began working out with Michelle Collier of Performance Fitness three years ago. Michelle shows up at my house with a training plan in mind. Her training starts with the same question, “How are you feeling today?” If my back is sore, then she changes her plans. We work around the painful areas. We stretch out the painful areas. The workout is customized to my needs that day. I know I would not be able to play an hour of tennis or still play recreational touch football without Michelle’s help and guidance. Her work has improved the quality of my life.
