I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t like to exercise. Early last year, I was at a point in my life that I knew (I was honest with myself) I had to do something about my weight. “ I received an e-mail from Michelle about an eight week fitness program called the Your Best Body Challenge. I read the e-mail a couple of times and told myself “what do I have to lose?” So I signed-up for the program. Trust me, it took everything in my power to complete the sessions, but I did and lost some inches and pounds.
After the 8 week challenge I signed up for the ongoing Saturday boot camp class that Michelle started. Well, before I knew it, I began to notice some changes in my body and mind. I started to do things that I thought I could never do.
To date, I’ve lost 77 pounds and 6 dress sizes with kettlebells classes, boot camp and clean eating. I’ve gotten some really great positive reaction from people who have noticed my physical changes.
I take each day at a time, and I do the best that I can do when I workout. I know I’m well on my way to creating the body I want.
